KERATIN SMOOTHING TREATMENT

KERATIN ADAMANTIUM BLOWDRY

HAIR CONSULTATION

SALON POLICY
Charlie Bean Salon will require you to pay a deposit or to confirm with your credit card as part of your appointment booking process. As a business we need to implement this policy to keep our business running smoothly.
The below policy outlines our requirements.
1. All new bookings now require a $25 deposit for all Cut/ Styling and $50 for all Colour services. Alternatively you can agree to our cancellation policy online and you will be required to provide your credit card details to confirm your appointment.
2. The deposit will be paid via credit card upon booking over the phone and then deducted from the total amount on the day of your service. We require you to either confirm your credit card details online and agree to the cancellation policy or you can pay your deposit prior to your appointment via phone call or in person.
3. Your appointment is only secure upon payment of your deposit or by agreeing to our cancellation policy online with your credit card.
4. If you do not show up or you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time, you will forfeit your deposit or be charged the agreed cancellation fee online: being 100% of the total amount for a no-show or late cancellation or 50% of your service for a last minute reschedule.
We just ask that you give us as much notice as possible and consider our need to implement this policy at this time.
We appreciate your understanding and ongoing support.
REFUNDS: We do not offer refunds, however we do want to ensure that clients are 100% happy with their hair. Please contact us within 14 days of your original appointment to make any adjustments free of charge.
